Special Orders

We generally carry the twenty most popular shades for instant delivery, in the case that you require a special order on other specific colour, a special order can be arranged with a minimum quantity of five units per colour, the turn around on special orders is roughly four weeks

 

Consumer Alterations

It is inevitable that over time clips may loosen

Clips can simply be tightened by utilizing a C needle and thread

Alternatively you can take you Fronis Hair product to an alteration venue to have this done

 

Trade Returns

To ensure consistency and quality, we check every product thoroughly before it is sent out

In the case of which you are not satisfied with the product, we will be more than happy to replace the item

Advice by email or phone of the need to return any product is required within one day of receiving your order

Please be advised we do not refund but happy to exchange, in this case, return postage is at the customer’s expense

Any approved faulty items will be replaced within approximately five business days of us receiving the item

We require that the product be in its original condition, (which includes not being cut or coloured)

Services

A  50% non-refundable deposit of the service cost is to be forwarded to Fronis Hair in order to secure your booking.

The balance is due on the day of the service.
